Allianz Picks Malaysia For Regional Delivery Centre Due To Location, Talents

Allianz Asia Pacific has officially launched its Regional Delivery Centre based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, located in Menara Allianz the centre will provide IT services to Southeast Asian Allianz Operating Entities.

Allianz Malaysia Berhad CEO Sean Wang remarked on the RDC as a significant milestone. “The setup of the RDC is the next major step forward in our quest for technological excellence. The centre will allow us to consolidate our best practices and supercharge our IT service delivery to not just Allianz Malaysia but to all our operating entities in the Southeast Asian region.”

The German company said Malaysia was selected due in part to its central geographic location in the region, while also possessing a talented workforce that has the right skill sets to drive the project forward. “This new regional IT hub is anticipated to create approximately 500 high-paying, high-skilled, technology-based job opportunities for Malaysians. This truly displays Allianz’s confidence in Malaysia as a hub for innovation and technological excellence.” continued Sean.
