Inta Bina Sdn Bhd accepted a Letter of Award from Angkasa Senuri Sdn Bhd for the proposed development of 1 block of 24 storey commercial building with strata title in Mutiara Subang, Shah Alam for RM100.5 Million.
The construction period is for a period of 26 months and the Date of Commencement and possession of the site will be on 15 October 2023.
The contractor does not see any significant risks other than operational risk associated with the Contract during the Construction Period. The Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the Contract.
The Group intends to fund the Contract via internally generated funds and/ or external borrowings.
