Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad has accepted a letter of award from Aspen Vision City Sdn. Bhd. for a design and build contract works for a proposed development project in Penang for a total contract sum of RM226 million.
The Contract is for the design and build of a proposed development of two blocks of apartments comprising thirty-seven storey each, housing a total 980 units of residential units and a seven-storey podium consisting of carparks, and community recreational facilities located in Seberang Perai Selatan, Pulau Pinang.
The contract is to commence on 27 October 2023 and to be completed within forty-two months from the commencement date.
Kerjaya expects the contract to provide an additional stream of revenue for the Group over the next four years.
