APB Resources Berhad to acquire the Serba Dinamik Group Berhad’s office block in Shah Alam as part of the liquidation exercise the PN17 company is currently undergoing.
The leasehold land in Bandar Shah Alam, together with a sixteen-storey office building with four storey basement car park erected thereon and bearing postal address Menara Serba Dinamik will be taken over by APB for a total consideration of RM38 million and is subject to the approval from the High Court.
The deal will go through once the Vendor or the Liquidator obtains the approval or sanction of the committee of inspections or creditors or High Court, as the case may and the Purchaser obtains the approval from the State Authority to transfer the Property to the Purchaser pursuant to the restriction-in-interest on the Property before the expiry of three month
APB said upon acquiring the property, it will use it for its own purposes and generate income through renting it out.
