Bintai Kinden Executive Director, Wong Seng Liang who was appointed to the Board on 22 May 2023 has tendered his resignation with immediate effect.
He was a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Risk Management Committee of the Company.
Wong 36, cited that the reason for leaving is to explore other opportunities. He graduated from the Oxford Brooke University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has vast experience in the field of business process outsourcing, providing professional services in relation to corporate accounting, taxation, and audit activities. Throughout his career, he has gained exposure to total quality management, business development, strategic planning, public relations, company restructuring, and financial analysis.
As for details of Mr Wong’s shareholding, he has Direct Interest – 290,500 ordinary shares.
