Teladan Holds Preview For Its First Solar-Powered Homes In Melaka

Teladan Group Berhad preview event for Taman Bertam Heights Phase 2A, a gated and guarded housing development project located in Melaka marks the developer’s introduction to the first solar-powered homes in the state.

The TBH Phase 2A comprises a total of 352 residential units of two-story terraces and semi-D houses with an estimated GDV of RM242 million and is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.

TBH Phase 2A is a part of the 166.3-acre TBH township master plan, featuring a G&G neighbourhood concept that limits through-traffic for a safer and more tranquil living experience. The township was first introduced in February 2022 with the launch of TBH Phase 1B, which achieved an impressive take-up rate of 98.9%. Following this success, TBH Phase 1A was launched in the last quarter. Meanwhile, the subsequent phase of the township, TBH Phase 2B with an estimated GDV of RM268.0 million, is set to launch in FY2024.

Notably, TBH Phase 2A is the first development project in Melaka to integrate solar readiness. These forward-thinking homes will not only foster green living among homeowners but also poised to significantly reduce electricity costs up to 75%.

On accessibility, TBH Phase 2A offers great connectivity through major highways and trunk roads, making it an ideal choice for modern living in Melaka.
