“In addition, they also receive Productivity Incentives based on annual productivity that achieves a productivity target of between 1,000 to 1,499 kilograms per hectare per year (Cluster 1) and 1,500 kilograms and above per hectare per year (Cluster 2),” he said when launching the Project’s New Model The pilot of the Latex Production Incentive (IPL) and Malaysian Sustainable Natural Rubber (MSNR) Pilot Project at the Sungkai Statistics Training Center here, today.

The IPL program aims to help small rubber farmers increase their income by encouraging them to switch to latex production instead of scrap rubber.
