Rebranded CelcomDigi Connects With Customers

Fresh off a rebranding exercise CelcomDigi Berhad is hitting the ground on its first customer engagement day in efforts to introduce the company’s new brand logo while promoting the network operator’s 5G device plan and home fibre offers.

CelcomDigi’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Idham Nawawi said that this first CelcomDigi CED symbolises the company’s ongoing commitment towards being a brand that customers can trust and rely on in this age of ‘digital-everything’.
“Since the merger in December 2022, CelcomDigi has strived to ensure that our customers are not impacted by the merger activities by integrating our sales and retail operations and cross-serving both Celcom and Digi customers right from the beginning. Now, with the launch of our new corporate brand, we further strengthen this commitment by continuously looking for innovative ways to engage customers and enhance the way we serve them, ensuring our new brand is relatable to more Malaysians.

As part of its Customer Engagement Day, CelcomDigi also shared exciting product deals including value-for-money 5G device plans and home fibre offerings, alongside other fun engagements with customers.
