Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Berhad will be appointing Mohd Nazir Mohd Nor as its new Managing Director with effect from December 1 2023.
At 46, Nazir spent many of his working years at the largest oil and gas company in the country. He is currently the Director, with Petronas Energy and Gas Trading Sdn Bhd and the Director, CEFS Response Sdn Bhd Past Experience – Head, Gas Processing & Utilities, Petronas Gas Berhad. Prior to that he was the country head & CEO of Petronas E&P Argentina, and Director of gas Infrastructure, for Petronas Canada Energy Ltd, Upstream – Director of pipeline and integration, (Pacific NorthWest LNG Canada).
Nazir spent most of his formative years at Petronas both domestically and internationally.
