Advancecon Wins RM22.8 Million Earthworks Contract From SDP

Advancecon Holdings Berhad announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd, had secured a RM22.8 million contract from Sime Darby Property (Pagoh) Sdn Bhd for earthworks and auxiliary works at the latter’s industrial park project in Bandar Universiti Pagoh, Johor.

Advancecon will undertake the construction and completion of earthworks and auxiliary works for Plot B1-B7 of the industrialpark development.

The duration of the contract is slated for 18months, commencing from the site possession in November 2023.

Dato’ Phum Ang Kia, Group Chief Executive Officer of Advancecon Holdings Berhad said, “Advancecon is dedicated to expanding our relationship with Sime Darby Property for its projects nationwide, spanning residential, commercial, and industrial segments. We continue to support them with our expertise and reliability across key developments.”

In addition to the industrial park project in Pagoh, Advancecon is also supporting Sime Darby Property’s Bandar Bukit Raja 2development in Klang, Selangor, Serenia City development project in Sepang, Selangor and SME Business Park development in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

The Group’s ongoing projects also include earthworks and civil engineering services for infrastructure projects as such the East Coast Rail Link and West Coast Expressway, other property developments, as well as road, industrial and oil & gas projects in Sarawak.

These projects will sustain the Group’s earnings for the next two to three years.
