SkyAwani 3 Residences Awarded Innovative Design Awards

SkyWorld adds another feather in its cap after its SkyAwani 3 Residences in Setapak bagged the Innovative Design Award at the Malaysia Outstanding Sustainable Development Awards 2023 organised by the Malaysia Urban Planning Awards (MUPA). 

According to Lee Chee Seng, CEO of SkyWorld Development Berhad, this award is a testament to SkyWorld’s commitment to innovation and quality throughout all its developments.

SkyAwani 3 Residences is an affordable housing development that offers both innovation, sustainability, and quality living. It is part of the Government’s affordable housing initiative which aims to provide affordable homes to the urban population.

SkyAwani 3 Residences comprises 1,905 units across three 52-storey towers. Each unit offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and commands a built up of 800 sq. ft. at only RM300,000 each.

SkyAwani 3 Residences was bestowed the title of ‘Highest Residential SkyBridge in Malaysia’ by The Malaysia Book of Records. This 170.55 m. SkyBridge located on level 52 connects all three towers and offers unobstructed views of the stunning Kuala Lumpur city skyline. Residents can also enjoy 22 recreation and active facilities such as a swimming pool with bubble jet jacuzzi, games rooms, jogging track, full basketball court, and gymnasium.
