Apex Equity Holdings Berhad has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with New Era Edu Sdn. Bhd. to dispose of a piece of freehold land measuring approximately 0.4737 hectre’s together with One unit of Eleven Storey Commercial Building known as “Menara Apex” for RM55 million.
The group is expected to gain approximately RM39.09 million from the proposed disposal, Apex said the disposal represents an opportunity to unlock and realise the value of the property, fund working capital (including business expansion). Furthermore, it said the building is currently underutilised.
