Hong Leong Group-owned Malaysian Pacific Industries Berhad has announced the resignation of its non-executive Director Dennis Ong Lee Khian.
Dennis who has been with the semiconductor company will be leaving MPI effective 16 November.
He was appointed to board of MPI in Nov 2014 and is also the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Board Audit & Risk Management Committee.
He held directorships in Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd, Champ Distributors Sdn Bhd, Lubetech Sdn Bhd, Assar Chemical Dua Sdn Bhd and was the Chairman of the Board for UMW Pennzoil Distributors Sdn Bhd.
