Selangor Dredging Non-Executive Director and relative of the Managing Director, Ms Teh Lip Pink 71 has decided to step down from her position effective 17 November.
Pink has cited health reasons for her resignation, she was appointed to the group in 1994 and is a substantial shareholder of the property group. She is also a director for other SDB subsidiary companies including private ones.
