Bursa Removes AAX From PN17 Listing Effective Today

After submitting its quarterly financial report for the period ended 30 September, AAX has received notice from Bursa Securities that the airlines will be now removed from PN17 after meeting conditions set by the regulator.

In a statement, AAX said it comes in pursuant to its financial announcement made pn 21 November whereupon vetting, and on the company’s appeal application for the Proposed Relief & PN17 Upliftment, Bursa securities Decision, Bursa Securities will be uplifted from being classified as a PN17 company effective 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 22 November 2023.
