Malaysian Building Society Berhad has confirmed the appointment of Datuk Yasmin Mahmood the former CEO of MDEC and a renown corporate figure in the industry as a member of the board.
She will assume her position as Independent Director with immediate effect.
Yasmin has a long list of appointment including her position as a Chairman of POS Malaysia currently, before that she was the Chief Executive Officer, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation from 2014-2019. She is was also the Executive Director, YTL Communication from 2010-2014 and Director at YTL e-Solutions Berhad.
Having her foundation in ICT, Yasmin was at one time the Managing Director of Microsoft Malaysia, Regional Manager, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan, Dell Asia Pacific and General Manager, HP Sales Malaysia.
