KNM issues statement claiming the company assisted Bukit Aman on an investigation and that the company on itself was not raided as reported by some online media.
The group said this was confirmed by Bukit Aman CCID Director, Datuk Seri Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf. KNM has also said that it cant get into the specifics of the probe as it is a subject for PDRM.
However, the group assures the board and leadership are fully committed to assist the authorities on the said inquiry.
The group is currently working with investment bankers on a regularization plan to be submitted to Bursa. Following the restructuring the group said the disposal of loss making operation FBM Group, and the Thai asset will see the group return to sustainable ways.
