TTVHB’s Unit Secures RM7.51 Million Contract From Major Customer

TT Vision Holdings Bhd (TTVHB) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd (TT Vision) has secured several purchase orders for its solar cell inspection equipment from a major customer worth approximate RM7.51 million.

In a Bursa filing today (Dec 19), TTVHB said the contract is expected to be fulfilled within three to four months.

There is no mention of the customer’s name in the filing, but the group said it was “from one of the largest solar cell manufacturers in the world”.

“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the TTVHB and its subsidiaries.

“However, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings and net assets of the group for the financial year ending 31 December 2024,” it said.

TTVHB added it does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the supply of products.

“We will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when it occurs based on its past experiences and expertise.”
