Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily editorial operations, from planning to final publication, guaranteeing accuracy, clarity and brand tone consistency
- Manage and mentor a team of writers, providing guidance on style, storytelling and journalistic integrity
- Collaborate with designers, marketers and stakeholders to create cohesive multimedia content packages
- Review and edit articles for grammar, structure, and factual accuracy while meeting deadlines
- Analyse content performance and audience engagement to optimise editorial strategy
- Drive innovative approaches to content creation, ensuring relevance in a competitive digital media landscape
Skills Required
- 5–7 years of editorial experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English or related fields
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for storytelling, media trends and delivering high-quality content
Senior Writer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce compelling and well-researched stories for business, finance, and lifestyle segments
- Develop feature articles, interviews and thought-leadership pieces that resonate with diverse audiences
- Work closely with the editorial team to generate fresh content ideas aligned with the brand’s voice
- Conduct in-depth research, data analysis and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and credibility
- Adapt writing style for multiple formats including web, social media, newsletters and print
- Attend press events, industry briefings and interviews to gather relevant content
- Meet strict deadlines without compromising quality or creativity
Skills Required
- 3–5 years of writing experience, preferably in journalism, media, or publishing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communication, English or a related field
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong grammar and storytelling skills
- Ability to transform complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content
- Strong research and analytical capabilities
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools and SEO practices is an advantage
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Sales Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across various sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised advertising and sponsorship packages
- Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure timely payment collection
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
Skills Required
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or corporate partnerships
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
