Sime Darby Berhad has informed the Exchange that following the proposed disposal 50% equity in Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care to Columbia Asia, the hospital group ceases to be a joint venture of the company.
Sime Darby Berhad said it has completed the deal on 28 December 2023 after much fanfare, the iconic hospital first established in Subang Jaya and later few others was officially disposed to Columbia Asia for RM5.7 billion.
