Eversendai has proposed to dispose its two parcels of freehold land in Sungai Buloh for a total cash consideration of RM63 million.
The original land which the group said was left empty for over 10 years was purchased for RM61 million.
The group said the proposed disposal is to enable the company to monetise the underutilised assets whereby the proceeds will be then utilised towards payment of bank borrowing.
