SEDANIA Innovator Berhad has appointed of Messrs. Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT as the External Auditors for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 effective 11 January 2024. Baker Tilly will hold office until the conclusion of the next
Annual General Meeting of the Group.
The group said the appointment aligns with its earlier communication to Bursa Malaysia wherein the change of auditors was disclosed. The decision to change its External Auditors was in line with the Board’s commitment to upholding good governance and strengthening the Group’s checks and balances.
This comes after the board changed the auditors after being with Messrs. BDO Malaysia who resigned voluntarily and in mutual agreement with the company.
