Kedah state owned Bina Darulaman Berhad has signed an MOU with Enfiniti Escapes (M) Sdn Bhd ( a company under Enfiniti Malaysia which is founded by Tiara Jacquelina) to collaborate in developing an Eco Tourism hub in Lubuk Semilang, Langkawi.e
The parties have entered into the MOU to express intentions and will and acting as a framework before a definitive agreement is finalised by the parties. The aim is to eventually develop Lubuk Semilang as one of the premier eco-tourism hubs in Langkawi.
Upon which they will enter into a joint venture for the purpose of the eco-tourism development or other accommodation, with the possibility of a recurring partnership between the Parties.
