Grab Open To Feedback On Latest Fee Framework

The ongoing issue pertaining to Grab’s new commission framework which has delivery riders up in arms claiming it to be paying out lesser and impacting their livelihood is making headlines with many disgruntled riders accusing Prime Minister of failing to address their woes.

While earlier the ehailing service was reported to claim the framework of being fair, it is now agreeing to engage with the riders to listen to their plight and open to discussions.

Grab said the new earning structure, for delivery-partners who need to put in more time and effort will be more fairly compensated. While delivery-partners who do farther pick-ups and complete bookings during high-demand periods will be rewarded.

The service provider added it is already observing a good number of active delivery-partners benefiting from the new earning structure from the last few days – as they benefit from incentives during peak hours and receive fairer total compensation for time spent and distance travelled, in order to complete the job.

Grab also added it will engage closely with delivery-partners to help them understand and gather feedback on new earning structure and look forward to them benefitting from it.
