Binasat Communications Berhad announces changes at its top management with firstly the appointment of Ong Soon Lim as the new Group Managing Director/Executive Director, succeeding Na Boon Aik who has resigned.
The group has also welcomed Teh Li King as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, effective January 26, 2024.
Ong, aged 58, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, having held key leadership positions in several corporations, including his immediate role as the Executive Director in Hextar Capital Berhad (formerly known as Opcom Holdings Berhad).
The company said it recognised Ong for his strategic foresight and leadership acumen, who can help lead Binacom through a dynamic phase of growth and innovation.
Teh on the other hand has solid experience in management, banking, and manufacturing and a distinguished career within the Hextar Group of Companies. His insights and strategic guidance will contribute significantly to the Company’s governance and strategic decision-making processes.
