TMC Life Suspends Employment Of Group CEO Wan Nadiah

TMC Life the group that operates the Thomson Hospitals has announced the suspension of employment of its Group Chief Executive Officer Puan Wan Nadiah Binti Wan Mohd Abdullah Yaakob with immediate effect.

The group’s board the suspension will also result in the powers, authorities and functions vested in her as the GCEO and CEO to be suspended with effect from 29 January 2024 until further announcement.

Nadiah Wan, aged 34, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Hospitals Sdn Bhd and Group Chief Corporate Officer of TMC Life Sciences Berhad on 19 June 2017.

Prior to joining Thomson Hospitals Sdn Bhd and the Company, Ms. Nadiah Wan worked in Sunway Medical Centre as Chief Operating Officer (Clinical Services) after being promoted from Director of Business 

However, the suspension will not effect the operations it said and will continue business as usual while during the period one of the Directors, Dr. Heng Jun Li Melvin, will be appointed as the Acting GCEO, who will temporarily assume the duties and functions of GCEO.
