Swift Haulage has informed that Persada Bina Sdn. Bhd., a substantial shareholder of the company holding 35.155% shares of the company, has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with JWD Asian Holding Private Limited for the proposed disposal 11.16% stake.
JWD Group is a regional logistics company based in Thailand and operates across Vietnam, Singapore and other countries, the group will acquire the shares at a disposal price of RM0.63 per sale share (share currently trading at 0.60) to be fully satisfied by cash consideration.
The group said the proposed disposal is expected to be completed on 22 February 2024
