Vestland has informed that it had accepted a Letter of Award by Sg. Besi Construction Sdn Bhd to undertake the design and build works for a residential project worth RM278.8 million.
The project includes for the design, approval, construction, completion, testing and commissioning of two blocks of thirty-storey and forty-four-storey service apartments and related facilities located at Lot 12, Seksyen 40, Ara Damansara, Bandar Petaling Jaya.
Completion of the construction works under the Contract shall be on 4 August 2026, with the commencement date on 5 February 2024.
Vestland said the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets for the duration of the contract assuming no material delay in the timing.
