Advancecon Holdings Berhad has secured a RM27.3 million contract to carry out site clearing and earthworks construction (Stage 1) for Gamuda Gardens Park mixed development in Rawang, Selangor.
The contract will commence from 7 February 2024 until 16 December 2024. Dato’ Phum Ang Kia, Group Chief Executive Officer of Advancecon Holdings Berhad said: “The latest contract win is a testament to our 30 years of our experience and reliability in providing construction-related services to reputed property developers, and undertaking major infrastructure projects across Malaysia.
With the new job, our current orderbook stands at RM432 million which will sustain the Group’s revenue over the next two years.” Prior to the current earthworks contract for the Gardens Park mixed development, Advancecon had previously completed earthworks for the adjacent Gamuda Gardens township in Rawang in 2020.
