Tuju Setia Berhad sees the appointment of Mr. Tee Huei Tsyr and Mr. Seon Yen Kong as its new chief executive officer and chief operating officer, respectively.
Mr. Tee was previously the Chief Operating Officer of the group and has been with the group since. He has more than 22 years of experience in project and construction management and currently assists the Managing Director of Tuju Setia in managing the construction division and is involved in assisting the business development of the Group. He is also responsible for overall project planning, coordinating site progress to ensure timely completion of construction projects, controlling project budget, and providing technical guidance in tendering projects.
Seon joined the Group in March 2023. He brings with him to the group more than 29 years of experience in project and construction management involving civil and infrastructure works. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Seon held multiple senior positions, including Chief Executive Officer of a construction company for 16 years, and he has extensive experience leading teams and coordinating construction activities, developing strategies, and managing tenders. He was also involved in some significant development projects in Malaysia involving the construction of high- rise buildings, commercial towers, industrial buildings, and hospitals.
