Artroniq’s subsidiary said it had lodged a police report over a viral video involved in alleged fraud linked to a product launch event posted by an individual on the social media platform.
The group said this was to protect the interests and reputation of Artroniq. The company board said it views the viral video as containing baseless allegations, constituting an attempt to tarnish the reputation of the group and that it takes the matters seriously and is committed to addressing them with the utmost diligence.
The group at preset seeking legal advice on the available courses of action to defend the matter and will offer full cooperation to assist the relevant authorities, as and when needed, to enable them to conduct their investigations.
