Rexit Berhad saw its top management including the Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Chung Hon Cheung and Chief Operating Officer Si Tho Yoke Meng tendering their resignation effective today. The exit was also followed by three other directors.
However, Rexit did say both the CEO and COO will remain at the group as advisors but will be subjected to the conditions of service contract approved by the newly appointed CEO, Dato Giaw Kim Shen.
This comes after Dato Giaw made a Mandatory Take-over offer under Metaco Asset and Bemas Holdings back in January this year.
Rexit has since at the same time appointed two new directors and a deputy chairman.
