Connection Sdn. Bhd., a 51%-owned subsidiary of Binasat in consortium with Binalite Electrical Engineering Sdn. Bhd. received a Letter of Acceptance From TNB for the contract known as “Proposed 132KV Double Circuit Underground Cable from PMU Titiwangsa to PMU Genting Kelang and PMU Genting Kelang to PMU Kampung Lanjut” for RM58 million.
The contract will require, the company to supply and installation of new 132kV XLPE cable system rated for 180MVA from PMU Titiwangsa (TWSA) to PMU Genting Kelang (GKLG) and PMU Genting Kelang (GKLG) to PMU Kampung Lanjut (KLJT).
It said the contract will be effective from the date of the Letter of Acceptance and the time for completion shall be nine hundred and ten (910) days from the commencement date.
