Seacera Group Berhad has announced the resignation of its Group Chief Executive Officer, Zulkarnin bin Ariffin effecive 31 March, citing that he wants to venture into other areas of business.
Apart from Seacera, he is also on the board of LKL International Bhd. and Member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He previously occupied the position of Assistant Manager-Finance at MMC Corp. Bhd. and Group Senior Manager-Finance at Meta Bright Group Bhd.
Zulkarnin received an undergraduate degree from International Islamic University Malaysia.
