Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad announces that its wholly owned subsidiary company, Kitacon Sdn. Bhd. has accepted a Letter of Award from Sime Darby Property (City of Elmina) Sdn Bhd for Main Building Works for a total contract sum of RM80.98 million.
The job entail 40 units of double storey cluster house (36’ x 70’), 86 units of double storey semi detached house (40’ x 80’), 1 unit of TNB substation (double chamber) in Elmina.
Th group said the contract will commence on 22 April 2024 and is to be completed within Eighteen months from the commencement date.
The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Kumpulan Kitacon Berhad. The contract, however, is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial years ending 31 December 2024 onwards until the expiry of the contract.
