UMedic Group Berhad announced that the Securities Commission had approved the group’s proposed transfer tp the main market of Bursa.
The group was incorporated in 2021 as a private limited company under the name of UMediC Group Sdn Bhd and was subsequently converted to a public limited company in 2021 and listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities in 2022.
Based on the Record of Depositors of UMC as at the LPD, approximately 32.92% of the total number of issued Shares were held by 2,731 public shareholders holding not less than 100 Shares each.
UMC market capitalisation is approximately RM241.17 million based on existing 373,910,000 UMC Shares in issue and the closing price of UMC Shares as at the LPD of RM0.645 per Share.
