Taylor’s University startup entrepreneur incubator Bizpos is collaborating with Penjana Kapital by offering an innovative talent programme called KapitalX 3 Junior Venture Capital aimed at cultivating venture capital professionals.
The two-month curriculum programme is set to commence on 4th May and is specifically designed by industry professionals and the institution’s academics. Upon completion of the programme, selected participants will have an exclusive opportunity to undergo on-the-job training with top-tier partner venture capital firms identified by the Malaysian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (MVCA). The unversity said the comprehensive learning experience allows participants to be mentored by experienced venture capitalists’ leaders, gaining hands-on experience through the application of theoretical knowledge in real-world settings – enhancing their challenges and successes of day-to-day tasks, and responsibilities of a venture capital investment analyst.
“Aspiring venture capital investment analysts will be equipped with the essential tools, analytical insights, and decision-making skills critical to excel in the dynamic field of Malaysia’s vibrant venture capital ecosystem,” shared Jessie Chong, Director of BizPod.
The KapitalX 3 Junior Venture Capital Talent Programme is open to both local and international final-year university students, recent graduates, and young professionals with less than two years of professional experience, seeking to enhance their careers with venture capital knowledge.
