Pansar Bags Water Treatment Project Worth RM269 Million

Pansar Berhad announced that Perbena Emas Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary has received a Letter of Acceptance from Lembaga Air Sibu, Sarawak for the upgrading of Water Treatment Plant in Salim, Sibu.

The contract value of the project is worth RM269 million via open tender.

The scope of work includes the Civil and Structural Works and Mechanical and Electrical Works for the construction, completion and commissioning, and all the required works for the upgrading of the Salim Water Treatment Plant from 150 Mld to 300 Mld. The contract period is for thirty months and the Project is scheduled to commence in May 2024.

Pansar said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Group as the Project progresses during the contract period.
