Sabah To Get National Heart Centre With RM80 Million Allocation

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced that Sabah will be receiving an allocation of RM80 million from the Federal Government to build its national heart centre.

While Sarawak has its own heart centre, this will be the first for Sabah as the Anwar government continues to pay emphases in developing East Malaysia especially on basic infrastructure and medical facilities.

The Prime Minister was addressing the economy developments in Sabah and was vowed to put an end to hardcore poverty in the state and look at also drawing more investment. No further details are available on the project as the story is developing.
