Haily Group Berhad announce that the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Haily Construction Sdn. Bhd. had accepted a Letter of Award issued by Mandy Corporation Sdn. Bhd. for the construction and completion of Phase 4 project in Johor.
The RM109.5 million contract is for a property development project comprising of 163 units of double storey terrace houses
Phase 4B 169 units of double storey terrace houses in Pontian, Johor for Splendid Pavilion Sdn. Bhd.
Terms of the LOA includes where the Sub-Contractor shall not assign, novate, sub-contract or sub-let the whole or any part of the sub-contract works including performance and/or obligation under the sub-contract to any party without the Main Contractor’s prior written consent.
