Inta Bina which has been securing jobs of late for Tropicana Metropak with the recent one being just 2 days back, announced that it had received another letter of award from Tropicana Metropark Sdn Bhd for the Construction and Completion of Main Building Works for the total contract sum of RM224.8 million.
This time to contract for a 30 storey apartment block with commercial lots, and 8 storey podium, a 6 storey parking and other amenities.
The project is said to be at Tropicana Metropark Subang location in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The construction period is to be for 34 months from the date of commencement on 2 May 2024.
