Bursa Malaysia Berhad announced the name change of Transocean Holdings Berhad to Arka Berhad which it said will take effect from May 2 at 9:00 am.
The company’s request for name change was approved by Bursa and will be traded on the Exchange under the new name, the old stock name of TOCEAN will now be ARKA.
The Company’s securities will be traded and quoted under the new name with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 2 May 2024.
The Stock Number remains unchanged.
