Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim and Raja Permaisuri Agong Raja Zarith Sofiah have expressed their appreciation to all national workers in conjunction with today’s Labor Day celebration.
Both His Highnesses said that workers are the drivers of Malaysia’s growth to a better level.
“Thank you for your effort, commitment and sacrifice. Without the tireless work of every layer of workers, progress will not be achieved.
“Happy labour day!” said His Majesty the two through a message on Facebook Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar.
Workers’ Day is celebrated on May 1 every year to celebrate the contribution of workers to the country with the theme of this year’s celebration being ‘Employees of the Nation’.
