Bursa Issues Show Cause Letter To Annum

Annum has been issued a Show Cause Notice by Bursa Malaysia Securities for failing to issue its Annual Report including the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports.

The company informed that its Annual Report has remained outstanding to-date (i.e. more than 6 months from 31 October 2023) (“outstanding Financial Statements/Annual Report 2023”).

The Exchange noted that if Annum fails to issue the outstanding Financial Statements/Annual Report 2023 within six months from the expiry of the timeframe, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take it will also commence de-listing procedures against the Company.

Annum has five market days to make written representations to Bursa Securities as to why its securities should not be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
