Epicon Uplifted From PN17 Classification

Epicon has announced the completion of the its financial regularisation plan, and thus it said it no longer triggers any of the criteria under Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The company said after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Securities has decided to approve the company’s application for an upliftment from being classified as a PN17 company.

The company will be uplifted from being classified as a PN17 company effective from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 3 May 2024.
