KKB Engineering Receives Work From Petronas And Perbena Emas Worth RM37.9 Million

KKB Engineering Berhad announced that it had received two jobs, one a Letter of Award from PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad for LPG Cylinder Fabrication and Maintenance while the other from Perbena Emas to supply mild steel concrete line pipes and fittings.

The group said a formal agreement for the Petronas contract and the purchase order will be executed in due course. The combined total contract sum for the abovementioned is worth approximately RM37.9 million.

Duration of the Petronas contract is effective from March 2024 for a period of one year with an option to extend for another one year until 2026 while the Purchase Order is scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2025.

KKB sees no effect on Share Capital of the Company from the contracts and said it is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of the Company and Group for the duration of the Contract/supply period.
