CTOS Saw Stellar Q1 Profits, Up 25.6% RM20.8 Million, Declares First Dividend

CTOS Digital Berhad saw its first quarter profit after tax and minority interest increase by 25.6% YoY to RM20.8 million for the three months ended 31 March 2024.

The group attributed this to a revenue amounting to RM71.6 million in 1Q 2024, 20.1% higher than RM59.6 million in 1Q 2023 and supported by continued growth across all three customer segments (Key Accounts, Commercial and Direct-to-Consumer). The Group said it also reported year-on-year (YoY) growth across all types of services, with Digital Solutions and Digital Reports recording the strongest performance. The International Operations comprising the newly acquired subsidiaries Prime Analytics in Indonesia and Finscore in the Philippines demonstrated heightened momentum, contributing RM8.5 million to group revenue during the quarter.

CTOS Digital’s Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, Erick Hamburger, outlined the Group’s strategic direction: “We delivered another quarter of YoY growth across all customer segments and types of services and maintain a
positive outlook for the rest of the year, expanding our footprint for Digital Solutions and Comprehensive Portfolio Review and Analytics as the digital economy takes shape. In addition, we will leverage on innovative approaches to optimise our current customer portfolio to enhance revenue streams, while continuously developing and enhancing our product suite.


The Company declared a first interim single-tier dividend of 0.64 sen per ordinary share in respect of the three-month
period ended 31 st March 2024, which will be paid on 2 nd July 2024. This translates to a payout ratio of 71% for the quarter. The entitlement date for the dividend payment is 4th June 2024.
