Annum Berhad has triggered the prescribed criteria of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad thus the company is considered as a PN17 listed issuer.
The PN17 prescribed criteria is triggered as Annum’s external auditor, Messrs. SBY Partners PLT, have expressed a disclaimer of opinion in the Company’s audited financial statements for the 18- month financial period ended 30 June 2023.
Annum has 12 months to come with a submit a regularisation plan to the Securities Commission Malaysia if the plan will result in a significant change in the business direction or policy of the Company.
Failing which it could see a suspension of trading on the 6th market day after the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities; and de-list the Company.
