Sime Darby Berhad has announced that it had dissolved Sime Darby Yangon Limited an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of which was placed under Members’ Voluntary Liquidation on 31 March 2023.
The company was dissolved on 29 April 2024 following the final meeting of SDYL and the filing of the liquidator’s final financial statements with the relevant authority. The notification of dissolution was received by Tractors Singapore Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby.
The group said the dissolution of SDYL will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets for the financial year ending 30 June 2024.
