Innature has signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Aquablu Technologies Sdn Bhd, Adventuria Sdn Bhd, and Aquawalk Sdn Bhd to acquire the entire equity interest in Blu Restaurant Sdn Bhd for a total cash consideration of RM21.25 million.
Blu Restaurant is primarily involved in the restaurant and food retailing business, operating a Burger & Lobster franchise restaurant in Suria KLCC mall, Kuala Lumpur. Burger & Lobster is an international chain of restaurants renowned for their prime burgers, lobsters, and lobster rolls.
Blu Restaurant has the exclusive rights to operate Burger & Lobster restaurants in Malaysia (excluding the Genting Highlands outlet), Indonesia, and Vietnam, and to use the Burger & Lobster trademarks in its present and future business operations.
